Returns:

- Made-to-order and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Assembled or partly assembled items are not eligible for return.
- There will be a pickup charge depending on the item.
- A flat 20% restock fee is applied.
Damaged Items:
- Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If you notice any damage caused during transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery to expedite the replacement process at no additional cost.
Refunds:

Exchanges:

- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
